How Does ODCO® Agency Contracting Work?

The Agency

The Agency will provide contractors when requested by your business. The Agency pays the Contractor and administers all statutory and legal requirements applicable including:-

• workers compensation
• superannuation
• PAYG tax payments
• payroll tax (subject to State legislation)
• public liability insurance

The contractor

Once the offer of work is accepted, the Contractor will perform duties as required and arranged between your business and the Agency for periods as specified.
Contractors are productive because they have a business attitude to their work.

Your Business

Each week , your business pays the Agency's invoice for the total hours the Contractors have worked, plus any other bonuses or incentives previously negotiated with the Agency for those Contractors. There are no other obligations for your business with respect to the Contractors, other than to provide a safe workplace.
